[TenTec] F/S Tne Tec Orion II Model 566......Very good, but it doesn't do MARS

  I thought that all MARS gear now has to meet a 20 ppm, I think,  NTIA 
frequency stability spec, which requires the purchase of 
commercial/military gear such as Harris or Motorola.
