Yes Marty, this filter will work fine, electrically.
You will have to modify the switching; you won't want to use the push-button
switch.
Should be easy.

      Anyone think this filter from MFJ will work in the TT540 Triton IV as
a CW/SSB filter? Looks like a two pole but not sure if it will work in place
of the 245 filter made for the 540 and no longer available.
