[TenTec] Orion 9MHz IF Mod - Update

Roberto, EB4EQA, has recently done the 9MHz IF modification to a friend's Orion 
(565).  During the modification, he took some detailed photos and has provided 
some excellent construction hints.   I have included a link in the documentation
