[TenTec] S Meter Problem with Omni V

Good idea.  I hadn't thought of that.

What I did was adjust it to be about the same as the meter on my TS-480.  I
basically wanted it to go to (or near) zero with no signal, and not peg with
any distant station.  It seems to work fine as is.
