[TenTec] Eagle/Hamfest Pics

That's an electric horse fence antenna.  These were being sold at 
Dayton.  The straps are used to make electric fences for horses.  The 
advantage as a fence is that they are much stronger and more visible. 
They are woven wire and fabric.
