My guess is that with legal power you won't out-transmit the receiver.  If
you do, it won't be often.

No matter what the specs are the results are still going to depend on who is
sitting in front of the radio.

MDS is -137 dBm/300Hz, preamp on.  That's on-par with anything currently 
available.
