[TenTec] Omni A-D display

I have an Omni a-d and the display shows all ones.  The PTO works, so I
assume the display is not getting the right signal or any signal at all.  I
had taken the display portion apart as one digit was intermittent.  Well I
appears to have mucked it up.  Going to download the manual and see what the
schematic looks like, but and pointers obvious locations for this type of
error.
