[TenTec] Omni-VI QSK with Alpha 87A

The note specifically states that the connection described (a diode off the
TX EN loop) is only for the Alpha 87A and 89, which use PIN diode switching
with almost no delay times.
  It wasn't intended for amps with T/R relays!
