I second that notion. When it comes to machinery or mechanical stuff, give me 
an Allen, Torx, or Bristol type fastener over slotted or Phillips any day. 
While I've never dealt with the Centurion fan issue, it probably isn't "a 
pita to replace" if the right tools (in this case, most likely a long 
T-handle Allen wrench) are at hand. (That being said, as with many other 
similar situations, "holding your mouth right" probably also helps HI HI!!)
