[TenTec] Why are so many dumping their OMNI VI Transceivers ????

Still running an Omni V here and I love it. Any truth to the rumors Ive heard about parts particularly the processor being obsolete and unavailable from Ten Tec for the Omni VI rigs? Could this be way folks may be selling them?

What is a Omni VI+ worth in a trade for an Eagle?
