[TenTec] 302 Encoder Layout

I’m not always the brightest bulb in the shed, as my 18 year-old recently
said, so I put together a layout of the 302 encoder in Microsoft Publisher.
That way, until I commit to memory what function I’ve assigned where, I have
this on the wall to help.
