If those screws holding the boards to the panel don't have lock washers, they should. Same for any grounding jumpers to the chassis. Any rig's connectors should be unplugged and replugged in periodically, depending on the quality of the contact plating, to remove oxides and lower contact resistance. Stuart Rohre K5KVH
