[TenTec] Omni C, 2.4Khz filter

I finally have the answer to my question so I wanted to post the info
to the list so it's in the archives.  The Omni C has an 8-pole 2.4Khz
filter with a non-standard pin out.  You can see a picture that I
uploaded here:
