[TenTec] Corsair II DDS VFO

DDS frequency switching speed is limited by the control logic, probably 
would take a whole cycle at RF just because of the number of bits in the 
serial control word. There's no chirp, the danger is a click from the 
abrupt change of slope on the developed waveform.
