Changes include:

Version 1.035
Improved Auto Tuner Power Settling for reliability
Increased DSP output level in Sideband for hardware reliability

The first item helps the automatic internal tuner settle a little bit
better when you are attempting to tune. You may notice it takes up to
500ms longer before the actual auto tune cycle starts. But the new
action makes it more reliable. It should peak at 5-10w tune power
before the tuner itself is engaged.

The second item will help people get better power output for sideband
in various digital and of course in voice mode. For sideband the ALC
is still performed via the hardware ALC circuit, so you will not go
above the selected power level. One side effect for existing customers
is that you may find that your mic gain and/or line gains should be
reduced on average 5 to 10 percent to still get proper ALC action.
