Actually Rick if you look at the logbook position the operator is likely left-handed.  That would put the key/paddle in his neat shack, with the cable routed behind the desk, right under your callsign - hi!!

frequency is definitely CW. So now where's the mistake. Also looks like the 
bandwidth is at 500 or 600 Hz (My old eyes can't tell the difference).  Details, boys, details.  Hi hi
