[TenTec] Pegasus: No Transmit on 20, 12 and 10 meters

Haven't been QRV in a while.

 

Radio plays fine on other bands, but on these bands acts as if the button
has been clicked to disable transmitter, and shows SWR of -8.88 on all of
those bands.
