I noticed this article in the local paper:

Authorities say a native of Guatemala was apparently electrocuted while 
working at a meat processing plant Thursday morning.

Marcos Pxxxx-Vxxxxxxxx, 20, died after trying to plug a 220-volt fan into a 
480-volt outlet while standing in water.
