[TenTec] Orion II settings for 706 mic

FYI, here are the settings I've evolved for the 706 electret mic and 
v3.028:

H/W Mic gain 3.0 dB
Front panel mic gain 40
TX EQ 0 dB for normal use, -5 dB for pileups
SP no higher than 4; there's still some distortion at higher levels

The 707 dynamic mic requires much more gain, with more distortion.  I have 
verified that this distortion is not coming from RFI (that's a separate 
issue).
