[TenTec] Century/22 filter frequency mod.

The mod is here on the Ten Tec wiki:

Check the 8 capacitors in the audio filter circuit. If they are 0.0033 
uf,  change them all to 0.0022 uf.  According to the mod, this will 
raise the filter frequency from 350 Hz to 750 Hz.
