We need about 3 or 4 "relay" stations for those scattered around the North American region. We should be able to hear Europe beaming our way thusly. Those fellows using 80/75M antennas on 20M were really kicking the S meter upwards too. Power helps as well.

Good turn out for the first time as a start-up in a couple of years. I heard most of them, some very weak. The Eagle receiver is awesome, I might add. The frequency, + or - a few, is necessary due to other activity on the band.

Good job John.  THANKS!

  Richard, I am sorry that you were not able to hear anyone. I started up the Omni VII Net on 14.243, today at 5 PM EDST, because 14.246 was busy. We had 8 people check in and 6 were using the Omni VII radio, 1 was using the Omni VI and the other a Yaesu FT-1000.

  Here are the people in the order that they checked in;
  K0EOU, Brian in MN.
  W0TNT, Steve in MN.
  K2IIR, Art in VT.
  K4TAX, Bob in TN.
  W0DMG, Dave, MN.
  K2BLC, Lee in NJ.
  AI0M, Stan in MN.
  KE5NYY, Roy in TX.

  The Omni VII Net lasted about 30 minutes and the band started to drop out. We will try again next Sunday an hour earlier at 4 PM Eastern Daylight Saving Time on 14.245. It was good to talk to all of the guys. Have a great week.

  I've given a call as well as listened. Not hearing anything in Arkansas.

  Conditions must not be favorable today. But I'll stay here for about 30
  minutes.

  If all else fails, there is next Sunday.

  I also tried to find the TT net on Sunday. The info I have is 14.329 @ 4:30
  eastern time. Is this standard time and does the net change to 5:30 EDT?
