[TenTec] Lithium Battery

I am the proud owner of an Omni VI, a Pegasus, a 229 and a 238 along with a 
 411......BUT this is a little off subject....
If anyone in the forum has information on how to replace the lithium  
battery in my Realistic HTX-404 (The HTX-202 is the same except it's for  2mtrs ) 
I would appreciate some assistance
