[TenTec] Low battery symptoms

Good day,  I'm having strange displays with 
my Orion 565 (No band button response for example) 
and thought it might be a low internal battery. My 
unit was in storage for about three years and now 
seems to be 'band dead'... 
    ideas?  Jim
