Most likely you will need to align the oscillators for the BFO's.  The 
procedure is in the manual, page 4-23 in my copy, under TX AUDIO BOARD.  I 
will comment that you need to follow the exact procedure in the correct 
sequence as outlined.  It requires a frequency counter capable of reading to 
1 Hz or better at 9 MHz.  Because of interaction between trimmers, the 
adjustments should be repeated at least twice after the radio has been at 
room temperature and powered up for at least 30 minutes.
