[TenTec] Omni VI Frequency Adjustment

Thanks Ken.  It was getting late and the flaky C31 really had me.  I finally trusted the schematic and my instincts and replaced C31 then did the alignment.

All is now working as it should and pretty close to WWV.

Unfortunately, I didn't find the Wiki document until it was pointed out to me today.  That would have made my life much easier - hi!

>The Omni VI has a 20 MHz reference oscillator (which is divided down to 10 MHz) to which the VFO and the band switching crystal oscillators are locked. The BFO crystal oscillator is not locked to anything. You can have the 20 MHz reference dead on frequency and still be off frequency if the BFO is not adjusted correctly.
