[TenTec] discarded receiver

I posted the following message on December 1st and got no response or comments so I figured the thought of re-using the old receiver boards was too far off the wall.

At the risk of sounding like someone who "doesn't understand what it would take", which by the way I don't:

What I think would really be cool would be for someone to develop a design and kit that could re-use the removed original second receiver boards from the Orion and turn it into a stand alone or PC coupled general coverage receiver.  Being able to put the removed boards to some good use would make the investment in the RX366 feel that much better.
