[TenTec] adding xtal filter to the Orion

Barry,

Reviewing the two schematics for both, and looking at the two models A0
boards for the cable connector numbers and the jumper numbers. They are the
same. I do believe that there are differences in the two boards though, but
with regards to the main/sub TMPs, this is the same between the Orion and
Orion II.
