[TenTec] noise on Orion II GROUNDING

I have found on the Argonaut V that w/o grounding (As per the manual of
course but real hams go for the smoke test first.) there are problems of RF
feedback etc.
It seems that grounds are essential to safty and everything else hence the
best practice has always be and will always be GROUND THE WHOLE STATION.
