 Cosmetically 7 out of 10. Picked this up for a winter project as a parts unit and made all the repairs.  List of repairs available on request. It is now fully functional, tuned up, with smooth PTO and ready for a new home. It is not a 'restored' radio,  as I've used 2SC1969 drivers along with the prescribed PA modifications and soft glow LEDs for the dial lamp and meter lamp.   This unit has no options,  It has 30 meters. Needs crystals for 17m, 12m, and the rest of 10m.  No optional filters, No Microphone,  just a 3 foot DC power cord made up for it.   Manual can be download from Ten-Tec,  Will send a page with mark ups of the PA modifications made for the 2SC1969s.
