		YES...YES...  that comports with my other
		readings.   You gotta do SOMETHING with all
		that RF !    It can radiate or die in a choke or...
		it has to go somewhere.

		This also comports with my understanding.

		Not that a long grounding wire up to the second
		story is "good"  but a necessary evil if you wanna
		have it grounded at all.

		So... consistent with the original inquiry of this
		thread... what can a guy do to minimize the
		chances that second story ground wire will
		radiate RF ?   Or... is that just an acceptable
		risk one must accept when he moves upstairs?
		Can we do anything to reduce the chances the
		second story ground wire will radiate RF... and
		are there any things we can do to make it a better
		ground wire, or is that just the nature of things?
