[TenTec] OrionII and MixW Config settings

OK, so the convention for AFSK is LSB.  My goof!   Guess I've been operating 
too much PSK-31 which does typically use the USB mode regardless of band 
convention.  Actually, either sideband will decode correctly in PSK-31.

Thanks for the clarification.  LSB for AFSK.
