[TenTec] Posts to reflector sent from webmail bouncing

I tried several times to participate in a discussion on the reflector 
today, and my emails bounced. I was sending them from a different 
computer, using webmail with the email address I am subscribed to the 
reflector under. Why does this not work, and how can I change something 
to make it work?
