[TenTec] OT: THHN Wire in Germany

On the flexing point, correctly, there should be a steel center core
messenger for longitudinal strength, then a clockwise wound layer of
copper and then a counter clockwise layer of copper.   The typical
stranded THNN and such does not provide these properties.
