[TenTec] OT: Half inch Andrews Heliax LDF4-50A vs LMR-400

It looks like maybe the LMR-400 has two tenths of a deciBel more loss below 
30 MHz, IF everything is perfect with the Heliax connectors and the rotor 
jumper.  The 75 feet of LMR-400 is a lot easier too.
