[TenTec] 4-pin mike needed (TT 701 or 705 or ??)

I need a simple mike for my recently-acquired Corsair II. Does anyone have
a stray Tentec 701 or 705 they would be willing to part with? Or another
flavor
of mike? It does need a PTT switch but other than that, anything goes.
