I had one and did not find it that much better than the PS  speaker 
........A little improvement and range but not enough to justify  the cost.......I 
sold mine

If the Paragon has a Audio out (600 ohm or similar) (I use the line out on  
my Pegasus) bring that out to a small external amplifier and then to a good 
8 to  10 " speaker....As a active listener, you'll appreciate the sound.
