In excellent working and physical condition---Serial Number 03C10033, purchased new and always used in air conditioned and non-smoker environment.  It was last serviced by Ten-Tec on 18 April 2012.

The manual and power cable for attaching your power supply are included as well as installed 217, 218 and 219 filters, 310 fan and 302R remote encoder.
