Indeed, each person has their specific objectives with regard to
headphone choice and usage.   In the reference link, Mark, PA5MW makes a
very good presentation of the factors involved.

Make your list carefully and then make your choice.

Comfort?
Sound quality?
Durability?
Weight?
Open style vs. closed style?
Replacement parts availability?
Cost?

These, just to name a few.  And finally, a given brand/model may work
quite well on one brand/model radio but may not work satisfactorily on a
different brand/model.
