Also likely means that the SWR is 3:1 or higher and that the reactive 
component of the Z is much less than 50 ohms.  Maybe in the order of 15 ohms 
or so.

Anyway, Carl is correct in that the shut-down protection circuit is about to 
become active and shut the radio down.
