[TenTec] SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

Ron, then that guy needs to join the TenTec general group.
It's that simple.
Shall 800 other people be spammed because of one or two people?
Carl's solution will work for 98% of our groups' members and the last 2 or 3
guys, well THEY have to adapt, not us.
BTW, is there really anybody out there who is a member of the Eagle or Omni
VII group, but is not a member of the tentec group?
I doubt it.

While I agree with Carl in principle, should John do that, he will soon
field a complaint or three from someone who is only on one or more of the
other lists, that they didn't get the word.
In short, no matter what you do, someone won't like it... ie, you can't win.
Therefore, may I humbly suggest:
John, do as you feel is best. And let the flack fall were it may.
BTW, I'm planning on switching to the Corsair II for next Sunday's check-in,
I'm curious as to how it sounds with the 'old' Electret mike on it!

My suggestion is to use the generic Tentec at contesting.com for Net
announcements. Don't do net announcements in the specific radio groups.
