[TenTec] TT Orange ball

I'm afraid that none of my TenTec radios have the Orange Ball!
They are a  516  Argonaut  V,  a 555 Scout and an Orion II.
What have I been missing out on?
Will the Orange Ball make the radio more receptive?   B-)

I will take 4...one for my Omni 7, Orion and two TT seakers..and two really
