[TenTec] 160 M antenna

All you need to do is use an insulated tower section, get the feed point 
another 10' off the ground, and run (3) elevated radials. Now you have a 
ground-plane, which works as well or better than a ground-mount 
vertical. But not exactly yard or lawnmower friendly...
