[TenTec] Ten Tec 238 coupler and 160 meters

I say it's 50-50 whether it's a high impedance or low impedance at the 
coax connection point. We don't know how long the open wire line is so 
the high SWR line could have rotated to anything that would produce that 
particular SWR.
