Uploaded 599v1b829 to the TEN-TEC Website.
Go to www.tentec.com
Downloads, Transceiver Downloads, scroll down to the Eagle/599 section,
download and run Firmware
Ver1.825<https://www.tentec.com/content/downloads/manuals/599/599-Setup-1.825.exe>,
then follow the procedure to update the Eagle/599 with 599v1b829.ruf.

Changes include:
Modified pseudo AGC attack so that it is more resistant to loading upon
impulse noise
Corrected occasional startup problem that caused the frequency to jump up
or down by 1 step.
Improved algorithm for transmit to prevent over shoot when changing input
levels.
Added 4khz and 8khz to bandwidth selection, (lost 3.125khz and 3.100khz, no
changes to CAT interface)
