I second your Motion.

My experience with Gary Green has been equally pleasant
and productive.  I have assembled several TT Receiver Kits
and he fielded all of my questions with grace and good humor.

Moreover, the other service guys have been equally helpful
and pleasant to deal with.  Stan in Sales has been pretty
darned helpful, too.
