[TenTec] OMNI VII and digital modes issue

[Bob McGraw - K4TAX]

Turn the MON function ON at the radio and see what it sounds like.  Should 
sound and be very clean.  If nothing is heard then there is likely a problem 
in the radio or the audio is not reaching the Line Input.
