[TenTec] Jim Wharton resigned today

After all that has transpired with the merger, it sure seems strange for this news to break at ten pm via facebook! Really wonder if the resignation was due to reorganization with the merger and he wasn't need anymore or did he resign in protest to the changes. Wish them the best.
