[TenTec] 160 Meter Problem

Probably an issue with the LowPass Filter board for 160M related to K12 and 
or K13 that switch the components for 160M filter.  Likely one or both relay 
coils are open.  Since they are actually parallel.  It is easier to replace 
them than pull both out just to check them.
