[TenTec] Eagle Remote Operation

You run a copy of N4PY at the radio computer and a copy at the operator 
location computer.  The two copies of N4PY talk to each other over the 
internet for complete radio control.  You also run Skype between the two 
computers to get transmit and receive audio.
