[TenTec] Jupiter If output

Actually I did that with my Orion.  I made a 45 mhz to 9 mhz converter 
for the sub-receiver so I could get general coverage to LPPan and 
PowerSDRIF.  The Orion sub-receiver is basically a Jupiter receiver.

But my point was for the a panadapter for the Jupiter, just run a 
panadapter radio on the same frequency and share antennas.
